Complaint procedure Het Actiefonds

We would like to hear if activists, donors or other relations have complaints about our methods and activities.

General information

Camplaints

By a complaint we mean any expression (verbal or written) of dissatisfaction by a person or entity about:

  • A specific expression, act or conduct of (an employee, volunteer, board member or group of) Het Actiefonds.

How do you file a complaint?

  • By mail at info@hetactiefonds.nl (please include “complaint” in the subject line)
  • By sending a letter to: Het Actiefonds, Antwoordnummer 10569, 1000 RA Amsterdam

Reports about our working methods, suspicions of abuse and/or undesirable behavior are forwarded to a confidential advisor for investigation, if applicable. The report will be handled carefully and if necessary with the help of an independent external investigation, whereby confidentiality is safeguarded as much as possible.

How are complaints handled?

Questions received by e-mail or letter will be answered as soon as possible; in any case you will receive a (first) response within 10 working days. And if we do not succeed in handling your complaint within these 10 working days, we aim to do so within 4 weeks after receipt.
